Draper utilizes the Qualifications-Based Selection Procurement method for hiring design, construction management, building commissioning, and any service provided required by our clients. In addition, Draper will develop RFP/RFQ documents, advertise solicitations, orient and lead selection committee activities, conduct pre-proposal meetings, provide clarifications and amendments, check references, conduct interviews, negotiate contracts, and document the entire process.
