Draper & Associates' Project Progress Reports are the result of the JCM and O/A/C meetings, and document the current status, issues, action items, material status and communication of the current work plan utilizing the Near Term Schedules. Photographs are generally included as an integral part of these comprehensive reports. These reports are distributed immediately to designated key project participants.
